Set your multimeter to the DC voltage setting.
Locate the power supply board in the microwave. It’s usually found near the back of the unit.
Identify the input and output terminals on the power supply board. The input terminals receive power from the wall outlet, while the output terminals provide power to the microwave components.
Take the black probe of your multimeter and connect it to the ground terminal of the power supply board.
